For JianFu's specialized PVD machines, the HOPE-302 thermal evaporation system and EBS-500-GLAD are worth mentioning. For the research of OLED, it is essentail to have substrate handling inside a glovebox, as it creates an low moisture / low oxygen environment to eliminate undesired factors. The HOPE-302 also has patented evaporation source for delicate rate control at 0.002Å/sec. So far we have over 25 installations for customers in China, HK and Taiwan in flat panel industry.
EBS-500-GLAD is a very sophisticated machine for fabricating thin films with various columnar structures in nano-scale. These special thin films have very distinct and yet unusual optical and mechanical features, making them interesting metamaterials for various applications such SERS, substrate for stem cell differentiation and so on.
